Housing Program Manager

Eliada Homes, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housing Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ESTA department, you will play a vital role in providing direct services and administrative support to ensure program outcomes.
Job Summary:Under the direct supervision of the ESTA Director, the Housing Case Manager is responsible for managing a caseload of up to 15 housing clients from both the HOP and Housing Services Programs. This includes providing direct case management, processing referrals and admissions, and executing financial assistance requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a caseload of up to 15 housing clients, providing direct case management and support.
- Process referrals and admissions for clients, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
- Execute financial assistance requests, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Complete daily notes and bill for HOP services, maintaining accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong case management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in homelessness or housing services, with a strong understanding of program requirements and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Current or previous experience with NC HMIS is a plus.
