As a Master Electrician, you will play a critical role in coordinating electrical construction jobs and projects, ensuring the most efficient use of time and resources.

Responsibilities:

* Work directly with the Electrical Field Operations Manager to plan, organize, and control resources to maximize productivity and meet project budgets.
* Assist on projects as the Electrical Lead, ensuring quality and proper training of Crew Leaders and Helpers.
* Demonstrate proficiency in all essential duties, including attending pre-construction meetings, reading and interpreting blueprints, and working with local officials to ensure compliance with state and national regulations.
* Develop and utilize JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for all work performed and on a daily basis.
* Work with Management to develop crew schedules and determine resource requirements to maintain maximum efficiency and production for each job.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* Valid Driver's license.
* Master Electrician certification in both Kentucky and Ohio.
