Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a Traveling SLP. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and flexible professional to work in a school-based setting and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate new referrals and determine student eligibility for speech services
  • Develop Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals and make recommendations for speech services
  • Re-evaluate students on a periodic basis and update IEP goals as needed
  • Conduct meetings and complete reports as part of the referral or dismissal process for speech students
  • Document services, service logs, treatment notes, and track student progress with a mix of observations or testing data
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communications Disorders
  • SLP license from the California Board of Speech and Hearing
Competencies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organization, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a manner consistent with department guidelines
  • Flexibility and the ability to foster a collegial work environment
