About This RoleAs a Shift/Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for supervising the medication program, assisting with Activities of Daily Living, and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and physicians. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively present information and apply common sense to carry out detailed instructions. To succeed in this role, you must have a current Registered Nurse license in good standing and certification or licensure according to state guidelines. Successful completion of Atria's Medication Management Training and specified training programs is also required.
