We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at LifeBridge Health.

Job Summary:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices in nutrition therapy.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote nutrition therapy services.

Requirements:

  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Valid RD license.
  • Valid MD Driver's license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of reimbursement criteria.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Office 365 and EMRs.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
