Job Opportunity: Dietitian

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritional support to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform initial and ongoing nutritional assessments to identify patient needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans to support patient health and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with continuing education requirements to maintain clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Identify and report any issues that may impact patient care.
Requirements:
  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Valid RD license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with enteral nutrition and TPNs is preferred.
  • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of reimbursement criteria.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.
