Job Summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Registered Dietitian, you will play a crucial role in providing nutritional assessments, education, and support to patients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop personalized plans for patients.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Assist with reimbursement issues and maintain relationships with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Liaison and Marketing teams to support nutrition therapy marketing efforts.
  • Maintain continuing education requirements and clinical skills to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Identify and report any issues that require corrective action.
Requirements:
  • Registered member of the American Dietetic Association.
  • Must have a valid RD license.
  • Must have a valid MD Driver's license.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with Enteral and TPNs is highly preferred.
  • Home Health experience is a plus.
  • Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of reimbursement criteria.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Office 365, EMRs, and mobile device applications.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and reporting skills.
