Electronics Technician for High-Tech Assembly

We are seeking an Electronics Technician to join our team at ATR International.
About the Job:
This is a unique opportunity to work as an Electronics Bench/Test Technician, responsible for adjusting, repairing, maintaining, and testing electronic equipment using advanced diagnostic tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize schematics, oscopes, multimeters, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and repair electronic equipment.
- Sit comfortably at a bench with a microscope, surveying multiple parts that failed electronic testing and deciding which to retest or scrap.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in electronics assembly and testing.
- Ability to work efficiently with multiple devices per day (5-15 minutes per device).
- Comfortable use of microscopes and familiar with troubleshooting electrical failures of board assemblies.
What We Offer:
- An estimated annual salary of $65,000-$85,000 based on industry standards and location.
- The opportunity to work on high-tech projects with experienced professionals.
- A 6-month assignment with potential to extend or convert to a full-time position for the right candidate.
Bonus Information:
No relocation is required, and candidates with higher degrees or more than one year of experience are not considered overqualified. The interview process will include a phone screen followed by an onsite interview. Manager is available for interviews starting next week.
