We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Olympus Property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that all facilities and apartment homes meet or exceed our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embody the Olympus Property Core Values: Customer Care, Teamwork, Trust, Family, and Fun
  • Perform maintenance requests with knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and other relevant skills
  • Preventative maintenance and diagnosis on HVAC units, replacing filters, and cleaning coils
  • Repair and replace furnished kitchen appliances, refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, ovens, and microwaves
  • Minor to moderate-level plumbing repairs, replacements, and installation
  • Repair or replace sink/shower/toilet fixtures
  • Repair or replace electrical fixtures and switches
  • Lock changes, lockouts, and replace doors, doorknobs, and lock systems
  • Operate various equipment, hand tools, and power tools
  • Upkeep and organization of maintenance shop and inventory
  • Track service requests and maintenance work performed through software systems
  • Assist in maintaining the grounds, interior and exterior common areas, and pools
  • Work closely with Lead Maintenance Technician on daily and weekly priorities
  • Available as needed for emergency maintenance requests
Requirements
  • EPO & COP Certified Preferred
  • Available Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 6 PM (hours may vary slightly)
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment Maintenance experience
  • Available for emergencies as needed
