About the Role

NALS Apartment Homes is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Talavera Apartment Homes in Santa Fe, New Mexico. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our apartment community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of appliances, fixtures, and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and workspace
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience
  • Previous painting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good hand and eye coordination, including the ability to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
