Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a current license in the state of employment and a minimum of one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans of care for patients.
  • Provide home-based skilled speech therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician.
  • Educate patients and their family members on speech therapy techniques and strategies.
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to the plan of care as needed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements:
  • Current license in the state of employment.
  • Minimum one year of experience as a Speech Therapist in an acute care setting.
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
