Job Description
At Orangetheory - Franchise #0235, we're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Presentation of the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Front desk duties, including answering phones and communicating with members
  • Studio tours and introductory workouts
  • Sales and membership promotions
  • Follow-up with prospective clients and resolving member concerns
  • Participation in marketing and outreach events
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio environment

Requirements:
  • Passion for fitness and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility and adaptability
