About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador at Orangetheory - Franchise #0235.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every guest with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers.
• Work at the front desk, answering phones and communicating with members.
• Give studio tours and guide new members through their first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns professionally.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
