We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Studio Representative. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our fitness programs, and contributing to the overall success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all clients and guests
  • Promote our fitness programs and services to potential clients
  • Work closely with our trainers to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and responding to client inquiries
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
Requirements:
  • Passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their wellness goals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
