MFT-CKF, INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Operations Director to lead our production team at our Clinton, IA facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and driving results in all areas of operations including safety, manufacturing, quality, delivery, and procurement.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proactive mindset who can drive a culture of continuous improvement and build strong employee engagement to achieve organizational performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field, and 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within a continuous manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the plant safety initiatives through participation in safety training programs, plant safety meetings, safety audits, and encouraging employee involvement.
  • Developing annual expense budgets for the plant and monitoring expenses against budget.
  • Directing operations to ensure that all plant costs are within budgetary goals and proactively identifying and resolving issues that may prevent goal attainment.
  • Analyzing data and financial reports to achieve profitability goals.

A competitive salary between $110,000 and $135,000 per year, bonus program, and comprehensive benefits package make this an attractive opportunity for the right candidate.
