Job Opportunity:
Award-winning NextGen Car Care is seeking a seasoned Automotive Service Manager to oversee the Clinton, New York location's service department. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences and maximize profitability while maintaining a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:
The competitive salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, paid bi-weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and generous paid time off. Ongoing training and development opportunities are available to enhance skills and advance career progression in the dynamic automotive industry.

About the Role:
- Lead daily service department operations, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
- Provide top-notch customer service and foster strong relationships with customers to guarantee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor and exceed established targets for sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction within the service department.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all repair and maintenance work, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
- Train, develop, and mentor service technicians to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficiency in completing repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and control expenses to guarantee profitability.
- Stay informed about industry developments and changes in technology, sharing knowledge with team members and customers.
- Drive sales and improve service department profitability through effective marketing and customer outreach strategies.
- Address customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
- Proficiency in using computerized diagnostic equipment and software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work weekends and extended hours as needed.
