NICU Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our NICU team at Dignity Health - California Hospital Medical Center.
As a NICU Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to newborns and their families, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage the physical and emotional needs of patients and families, providing emotional support and education as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Minimum of two years of recent NICU experience.
- RN licensed to practice in the State of California.
- BLS, NRP, and PALS certifications.
