Floor Head Sommelier

Bouchon Bistro - Coral Gables is seeking a skilled Beverage Program Lead to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading our beverage program, collaborating closely with the General Manager and Beverage Director to create an exceptional wine experience.

• Program Management: Manage the beverage program to align with the restaurant's and Chef Keller's philosophy, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Staff Training: Deliver staff training on the beverage program to enhance knowledge and service standards.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and manage orders for beverages, maintaining budgeted levels and adjusting based on consumption and sales trends.
• Team Support: Oversee and support the beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and address any needs or issues.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of service experience.
• Certifications: Wine Certification (Advanced Sommelier Certification preferred) and State Health Certification.
• Skills: Strong computer skills, including knowledge of POS micros, MS Excel, and MS Word.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
