About the Role
The Rentals Sales Team at Zillow Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Advisor to join our team. As a Business Advisor, you will be responsible for providing outstanding advertising solutions and business consultation to our Multi-Family partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of calls to increase participation from multifamily rental management companies.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage client relationships and track sales performance.
- Participate in multifamily rentals conferences, association meetings, tradeshows, and property management company meetings to increase partnerships, revenue, and exposure to the Zillow Rental Network.
- Communicate performance expectations to clients internally and externally.
- Excel in high-level conversations and presentations with decision-makers to build positive relationships and drive business results.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, and/or selling into accounts with complex/multiple decision-makers.
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals and other key performance metrics.
- High energy and a strong desire to achieve top results with a personable, positive "can-do" attitude via the phone and in person.
- A passion for high-level conversations with decision-makers and influencers.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
- Proficient use of Excel and Salesforce and other data analytic tools, including Google Analytics.
