Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at MORRISETTE PACKAGING INC, you will play a vital role in assisting Account Representatives with daily customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Entering customer orders into our system and confirming with customers.
  • Monitoring profit margins on customer orders and communicating with customers to ensure optimal pricing.
  • Providing customers with accurate and timely information regarding their orders.
  • Collaborating with Account Representatives to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Reviewing open order reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Issuing merchandise pick-up paperwork and verifying receipt of signed delivery copies.
  • Preparing customer quotes and price lists for Account Representatives.
  • Participating in year-end inventory and other special projects as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required
