Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests with their beverage and food orders
  • Prepare all beverage and food orders to our high standards
  • Be knowledgeable about all product offerings and answer guest questions
  • Operate all machines in the coffee shop and know and understand the recipes of our beverages
  • May perform back-up duties to the Coffee Shop Manager, including ordering product, completing inventory, and completing required reports
