Medical Care Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse I to join our team at Northern Light Maine Coast Hospital. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
About the RoleThe Registered Nurse I will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including conducting systematic assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a professional and personable relationship with patients, families, and staff.
- Treat patients with courtesy and respect.
- Utilize theoretical knowledge base to operationalize care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current Registered Nurse license in the state of Maine.
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
