Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote continuity of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and quality.


Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $62,000-$69,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
