Certified Nurse Midwife - OB Triage Manager
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Nurse Midwife to lead our OB Triage team at JPS Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, promoting collaboration across services, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the OB Triage Advanced Practice Provider team in conjunction with the OBGYN APP Director and Labor and Delivery Medical Director.
- Promote collaboration across all services, including OBGYN, Family Medicine, Nursing, and other departments.
- Ensure the provision of high-quality care and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase patient satisfaction, and enhance the overall patient experience.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Participate in accreditation activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Advanced Practice Provider with active licensure and certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Advanced Practice role, with prior leadership experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, clinical competence, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Organized, initiative-taking, and engaged in the organization, with a commitment to JPS mission and values.
