Job Title:

Certified Nurse Midwife - OB Triage Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nurse Midwife to lead our OB Triage team at JPS Health Network. As a key member of our multidisciplinary care team, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our OB Triage unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the OB Triage Advanced Practice Provider team in conjunction with the OBGYN APP Director and Labor and Delivery Medical Director.
  • Promote collaboration across all services, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and increase patient satisfaction scores.
  • Collaborate with physicians to oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary care delivered to patients, optimizing quality care.
  • Consult with medical providers, nursing, pharmacy, ambulance, laboratory, and other health professionals to ensure that patients' health needs are addressed.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Practice Provider with active licensure and certification, employed and credentialed by Acclaim Physician Group/JPS Health Network.
  • A minimum of 5 years in the Advanced Practice role. Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Essential skills: Team development and people management, strong interpersonal communication skills, clinical competence, ability to work well in a team environment, organized and initiative-taking, engaged in the organization and devoted to JPS mission and values.
