About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Associate. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling memberships, and participating in marketing and outreach events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to our members and guests
• Sell memberships and promote our studio's services
• Participate in marketing and outreach events to help grow our membership base
• Work closely with our coaching team to ensure a seamless member experience

About Us:

Orangetheory is a science-based, full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are improving. Our 60-minute classes, led by highly trained and certified coaches, target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout, backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC).
