Job Summary:

OpenRoad 1st Choice LLC is seeking a skilled Collision Body Technician to join our team. As a key member of our auto body shop, you will be responsible for performing vehicle repairs in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely and quality vehicle repairs
  • Perform welding, body alignment, frame/unibody repairs, and cosmetic panel repairs
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
  • Mix chemicals according to manufacturer specifications
  • Integrate repair data into a digital model

Requirements:

  • I-CAR Certification in body repair preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer (OEM Certified Preferred)
  • I-CAR welding certified
  • 1 Year Collision Repair Experience
  • Ability to operate a vehicle legally
  • Genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with frame machines
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and personal protective equipment
