Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Operations Consultant to join our team. This role will be responsible for defining and maintaining the sales pipeline, overseeing the sales funnel, and developing leadership presentations to drive awareness and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and maintain the sales pipeline through market analysis and refine the drug pipeline to identify high-priority sales targets.
  • Oversee the sales funnel by tracking progress through the sales cycle, analyzing pertinent data, and making recommendations to improve velocity.
  • Develop leadership presentations and an ongoing communications cadence to drive awareness, collaboration, and decisions.
  • Perform market analysis and maintain competitive intelligence and insights to support sales strategy and targeting.
  • Create company/product briefs to support sales prospecting.
  • Sales forecasting and data analysis, providing valuable insight into performance and informing decisions related to business growth.
  • Streamline and optimize the sales process.
  • Select, implement, and manage sales automation tools, including a CRM.
  • Establish data analysis to support marketing & prospecting, sales planning & forecasting as well as customer quarterly business reviews.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks as needed to include performing sales training as needed.
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent and 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations & analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or pharmaceutical services industry, with at least a year of that experience in cell & gene therapies.
Critical Skills
  • Experience in supporting a sales team with unique sales solutions.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel techniques.
  • Experience with CRM tools, including
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence others.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and build credible relationships across multi-business units, management teams, and business partners.
  • Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong prioritization, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to function independently, demonstrate flexibility, and work effectively with internal and external teams.
Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $94,800 - $158,000, as well as additional benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
