Your Role

As a Caregiver/Direct Support Professional, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized support and care to our clients. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and transportation. You will also work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized plans that promote growth, independence, and fulfillment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be adaptable and flexible, and demonstrate a genuine passion for providing supportive care. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. If you're a patient, compassionate, and reliable individual who enjoys working with people, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.63 per hour, with part-time opportunities available. Our comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off, holiday pay, and a 401(k) plan with a 3% company match. We also invest in your development through ongoing training and education programs.
