About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in Milton, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will provide physical therapy services under the direction of a registered physical therapist to patients in their place of residence. You will work with patients who have physical impairments resulting from injury, disease, disability, or other causes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence
  • Collaborate with patient, family, physician, and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs
  • Document daily progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Two years experience in acute care, rehab, or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
  • Excellent customer service skills and able to work with diverse populations
  • Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills
  • Ability to travel within PHH's geographic area
