Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with customers to determine finish selections and pull necessary permits.
  • Review project plans to identify required finish selections.
  • Create kitchen designs and layouts using 2020 software or Sketch App.
  • Source samples for items not available in the showroom.
  • Maintain showroom stock, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure optimal finish selections and pricing.
  • Collect measurements to determine material quantities as needed.
  • Communicate with project managers on finish selection status and timelines.
  • Complete company-approved forms and documents, including Material Selections and Change Orders.
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finish selection, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Degree in Interior Design or equivalent job experience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency.
  • Clean driving record and background report.
