Your primary responsibilities will encompass managing financial documentation, overseeing sales reporting, and implementing record-keeping initiatives. You will also be responsible for aspects related to our on-site distillery operations and the management of off-site sales and distribution channels.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen attention to detail, possess strong mathematical abilities, and demonstrate the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic, hospitality-oriented environment. Trustworthiness and exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential.

About the Opportunity:
As an independently owned establishment, the distillery is situated on a vast working cattle ranch that features a collection of luxury properties. This role will report directly to the Managing Director of the distillery and will collaborate closely with our operations and front-of-house teams, as well as contracted partners and vendors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the collection and reporting of AR/AP data in collaboration with our CPA partner.
2. Actively participate in supply chain initiatives, cost forecasting, and inventory management.
3. Manage and track expenditures, ensuring accurate and timely processing and reporting.
4. Conduct regular P&L reviews with upper management and various departments.
5. Lead budgeting and planning activities.
6. Collaborate with departments on price optimization initiatives.
7. Support management in state and federal compliance initiatives.
8. Provide internal review and support for distributor and compliance billing.
9. Oversee front-of-house operations, including inventory forecasting and management.
10. Execute back-of-house operations, including inventory transfers and reporting.
11. Involve in staffing, scheduling, training, and oversight of a diverse team.
12. Participate in enhancing the distillery's guest experiences to ensure quality and enjoyment.

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Familiarity with accounting practices and supply chain management.
- Experience with POS systems.
