About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Services Representative to join our team at Charles Schwab. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to international clients, including those in Spanish and Chinese-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and consultative service to clients, including trading and account servicing inquiries.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to complete document translation services and support clients in foreign languages.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and trading strategies to effectively discuss with clients.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak in Spanish or Chinese.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or a condition of employment to successfully obtain these licenses within the allotted training time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in client service, financial services, and/or brokerage services with an emphasis on trading and client engagement.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge, with the ability to proactively discuss trading topics and solutions with clients.
  • Shift flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced call environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to effectively mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy and policies.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills, with a strong customer service focus.
