We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to lead our data analysis efforts and drive business growth.
Job SummaryThe Analytics Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis strategies to support business objectives. This role involves managing a team of analysts, designing analytical models, interpreting data trends, and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee project timelines to ensure timely delivery of results.
- Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends, and create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Partner with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations to inform business decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders, and lead clinical quality and productivity analysis initiatives.
- Implement best practices and standards for data analysis and reporting, and develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in analysis.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions, and utilize analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau) to drive business insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Provide training and support to team members and business users on analytics tools and methodologies, and formalize Agile methodology and implement servicenow ticketing system.
- Integrate Netsuite and Salesforce into current dashboards to enhance business insights and decision-making.
- 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in healthcare or radiology data.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R), and strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively, and Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
