Job Description

Rezolut is a national emerging platform of diagnostic medical imaging services.

We provide high-quality, cost-effective, fixed-site outpatient diagnostic imaging as well as mobile imaging and health services.

The Data Analysis Lead will lead the development and implementation of data analysis strategies to support business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of data analysts.
  • Allocate resources, set priorities, and oversee project timelines.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with business units to understand their analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Lead clinical quality and productivity analysis initiatives.
  • Implement best practices and standards for data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop and enforce data governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of data used in analysis.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Utilize analytics tools and technologies (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Provide training and support to team members and business users on analytics tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in data analysis - Healthcare or radiology data a major plus.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
  • Strong understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
