Role Summary

The Automotive Lot Management Associate is tasked with overseeing the comprehensive organization of our vehicle inventory, both new and pre-owned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper maintenance and arrangement of the vehicle inventory.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate the stocking and relocation of vehicles, creating space for incoming inventory.
  • Manage all accessories related to new and used vehicles, including manuals, keys, and codes.
  • Capture images of vehicles on the lot for online promotion.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot.
  • Adapt to various weather conditions while performing duties.
  • Additional tasks may include vehicle movement for snow clearance.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers for handling, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
  • May occasionally need to stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift weights or exert force up to 25 pounds.
  • A valid driver's license and insurability rating are mandatory.
  • This role may involve minimal travel (0-10%).
