  • Perform Standard Care Procedures such as drawing blood, administering injections, and checking vital signs to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Communicate Effectively with patients, families, and medical staff to address concerns, provide information, and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Prepare Patients for Treatments and exams to ensure their comfort and well-being.
  • Manage Infection Control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment to prevent the spread of infection.
  • Perform Various Office Tasks as needed to support the medical team and ensure efficient operations.
  • Keep the Medical Room Clean and Well-Stocked to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Must be able to communicate in Spanish and English.
  • Certifications: Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) and CPR certification.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of patient assessment techniques, dental procedures, HIPAA regulations, and electronic medical records (EMR).
  • Skills: Superior customer service skills, high level of professionalism, and ability to work well under stressful conditions.
