Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide internal and external customer service and operational quality in support of established standards
  • Engage with customers primarily through digital channels and assist with business and consumer customers, online account opening, mobile and online banking, and debit cards
  • Achieve high-level professional standards with work processes and outcomes; complete tasks with all details involved; monitor and check work for precision, clarity, and completeness; produce quality results
  • Research customer inquiries and ensure satisfactory resolution; resolve technical and tactical issues related to account opening process, teller and customer service transactions
  • Maintain records/log for various follow-up calls/lead generation etc. as applicable
  • Set up and attend customer appointments relating to assistance with new and existing accounts
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • 2+ years of banking experience; preferably in a Contact or Call Center
  • Knowledge of FIS core banking application and sub-system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well independently and in teams
  • Must be well organized and self-driven to meet deadlines
  • Ability to speak Hindi to interact with customers a plus
