Electrical Design Manager Job Description

At ESCO Group, we're seeking an experienced Electrical Design Manager to lead our Automation Business Unit's Electrical Design team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Electrical Design services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow our Electrical Design services and lead team members in the service line.
  • Ensure successful project delivery within the service line, including developing and approving technical proposals and budgetary design work estimates.
  • Establish and build healthy working relationships with internal and external stakeholders through mutual commitment and operating with integrity.
  • Responsible for Software License renewals and Assist Design Services Leads with Design Environment Management.
  • Provide and facilitate coaching and mentoring, support and encourage Electrical Design team members' growth through Individual Development and Success Plans.
  • Execute performance evaluations and one-on-one sessions with Electrical Design team members.
  • Facilitate team meetings and participate in other company meetings as required.
  • Participate in the hiring process for future designers, design interns, and other team members.
