Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wireless Field Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field operations team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining wireless communication systems at cell sites throughout the mid-Atlantic region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic test and turn-up of equipment after installation is complete.
  • Install, test, and troubleshoot fiber optic cable to cell sites.
  • Swap out former equipment at cell sites, including ALU, Nokia, Samsung, and Ericsson.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with safety and quality customer experience.
  • Lead a team of technicians across multiple site locations.
Requirements
  • Experience in performing installation services in areas such as equipment installation, power plant installation, and battery installation.
  • Knowledge of telecom installation process at cell site locations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of customer installation quality standards of major services providers.
