Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and managing the transportation team to ensure seamless service to our guests and team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and other relevant data to optimize fleet performance.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation of guests and team members.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests and team members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve transportation operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a transportation or logistics role, preferably in a hospitality or resort setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
