Key Responsibilities- Raw Material Management: Ensure on-time delivery of all raw materials for our production operation, including coil, buyouts, and accessories.
- Inventory Control: Control inventory levels within accepted guidelines and turns.
- Physical Inventory Activities: Coordinate all physical inventory activities and implement programs such as cycle counting to ensure ongoing inventory accuracy.
- Material Transfers: Plan and process the transfer of coil to and from various locations.
- Receiving Inventory Tasks: Investigate quantity discrepancies and partner with vendors to correct.
- Inventory Document Management: Manage and enter inventory documents.
- Transfer and Receiving Logs: Maintain transfer and receiving logs.
- Monthly Reports: Prepare all assigned monthly reports on a timely basis.
- Team Support: Assist other teams and departments as needed.
- Inventory Management Experience: Inventory management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Math Skills: Excellent math skills, including multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals.
- Computer Skills: Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically intermediate level functions within Excel), and other software programs and applications.
- Data Entry: Extremely accurate data entry abilities and attention to detail.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
