About the Role:
KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking an experienced Head of Culinary Operations to lead our nutrition services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in managing large-scale food service operations. You will be responsible for creating menus that meet the dietary needs of our patients, while also ensuring high-quality food presentation and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nutrition services team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet patient dietary needs and preferences.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Schedule and supervise staff to ensure adequate coverage and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of food service operations.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food service management.
  • Proven track record of success in leading teams and driving results.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and generous PTO.
