Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert nursing care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of cardiovascular diseases.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that promote optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized care plans that address those needs.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families on cardiovascular health and disease management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- 1 year of Cardiovascular Nursing experience.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
