About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food to members, including preparing food according to item specifications and adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized environment, including sweeping, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment and surfaces.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve the member shopping experience.
  • Adapt to new tools and technologies, and encourage others to use them to drive sales and improve the shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Food Service experience preferred.
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) preferred.
