Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Gift Shop Sales Associate to join our team at Colusa Casino Resort. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash transactions efficiently and accurately, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Monitor and restock merchandise, ensuring adequate inventory levels and submitting requisitions for needed items.
  • Assist with monthly physical inventory and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • One to two years of college and/or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Six months to one year sales experience preferred, with one to two years related supervisory experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must be 18 or older.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds safely.
  • Must occasionally push, pull, stoop, lift, and bend while cleaning.
  • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
