Position Overview

Compensation: Starting wage $20.73 per hour

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Revenue Assurance Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough audits of various gaming operations, including Bingo, Electronic Gaming Devices (EGDs), Card Room activities, Casino Cage transactions, and Food and Beverage sales to ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Execute revenue audit procedures for cage and vault documentation, ensuring all transactions are reconciled with source records.
  2. Conduct audits for table games such as Blackjack, Pai Gow, and Poker, focusing on fills, credits, and transaction closures.
  3. Compile and generate daily statistical reports for all table gaming activities.
  4. Perform revenue audits for Bingo and Pull Tab operations, including transaction verification and report generation for management review.
  5. Oversee revenue audit functions for food and beverage services, including participation in monthly inventory counts.
  6. Audit gift shop revenue, ensuring accurate inventory assessments.
  7. Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases for reporting purposes.
  8. Prepare exception reports highlighting any discrepancies or violations identified during audits.
  9. Assist with other departmental income audits as required.
  10. Carry out general office and accounting tasks as assigned by the Audit Manager.
  11. Adhere to all departmental policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  12. Complete additional work-related tasks as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of one year of experience in accounting or data entry. A solid understanding of accounting principles and computer data entry is essential. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.

Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
