Primary Care Administrator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Healthcare Office Coordinator to join our team at Synergy Advanced Healthcare LLC.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, managing patient flow, and ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing patient charts, and managing phone inquiries.
- Manage patient flow, including checking patients in and out, and ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
- Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of patient information, including demographics, medical history, and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient charts, billing documents, and insurance claims.
- At least six months of experience working in a Primary Care Office is preferred.
- Basic understanding of patient care, medical terminology, coding procedures, reference tools, and appropriate clinical pharmacology for medical assistant practice scope.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Familiarity with electronic medical health care record systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
