About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Leasing and Marketing Professional to join our team at Willow Bridge Property Company. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork, and ensuring a smooth move-in experience for our residents.
  • Greet clients, assess their needs, and provide tours of our apartments and community.
  • Process applications, prepare and review lease agreements and renewals, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with completing weekly, monthly, and special reports as assigned by the Leasing Manager or Business Manager.
  • Receive deposits and rent money, and record them accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and friendly tone in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer service-focused with the ability to be a strong team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Must be able to tour the community with clients, which includes walking the property and climbing stairs.
