Your primary function will be to carry out the tasks identified by the KCJIS Committee, ensuring the effective management of KCJIS systems and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Fulfill the administrative functions of the KCJIS Committee
* Assist agencies in the development of project plans, budget requests, and project management
* Facilitate the coordination of KCJIS related matters between the CEO and Technology leaders of member agencies and relevant end-user groups
* Develop and submit grant applications and maintain performance measures and reporting requirements
* Coordinate KCJIS meetings and conferences
* Educate, inform, and facilitate with the Legislative Branch on KCJIS related issues

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree and two years of experience with IT related project management or four years of experience with IT related project management
* Ability to manage complex IT projects across multiple IT platforms in multiple state agencies
* Ability to work in a positive relationship with a diverse group of IT managers
* Requirement: Applicants for this position must pass a background investigation, including but not limited to, a fingerprint based criminal history records check
